HARTFORD, CT – The state’s top entrepreneurs will be honored at the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Small Business Week event on June 6th in Bridgeport, CT.  Hitesh “Max” Kothari & Parag “Roger” Mehla President & COO of Express Kitchens of Hartford, CT have been named the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 2014 Connecticut Small Business Persons of the Year, SBA’s top award, according to an announcement made by Bernard M. Sweeney, Connecticut’s SBA District Director.

The State Small Business award winners and recipients of the Champion and other Entrepreneurial awards are nominated by local trade associations, chambers of commerce and business organizations and government agencies.

More than seven outstanding small business owners from across the state will be recognized at the Connecticut Small Business Week breakfast celebration scheduled for Friday, June 6th, at Testo’s Restaurant, Bridgeport, CT.
